    CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

    Our orders are processed after payment confirmation. If you entered the wrong delivery address or wish to change it, please contact us through our customer service channels.


    CAN I CHANGE IT EVEN AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

    Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. Make sure to update it for your next order.


    HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    After your payment is confirmed, within 1 to 5 business days you will receive an email with your tracking code. With this code, you will be able to follow your order in real time.
