Here at Variedades na Certa, we want our customers to be fully satisfied. We want our products to spark joy and excitement when they arrive at your home, so that you’ll always want to come back.
If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue, following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Withdrawal and Regret
In cases of exchanges or returns due to regret or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but does not meet the customer’s expectations, the customer has 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to request a return, either by phone or by email.
How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to regret:

Send the product back via (we will cover the shipping cost for the PAC method) to the sender’s address (Variedades na Certa store).
Important: the product must be in its original packaging, unused, with seals intact (if applicable), and accompanied by all accessories.
Once the product is received and the above conditions are confirmed by Variedades na Certa, you may choose between:

Receiving store credit equal to the total amount paid, which can be used to purchase another product immediately or within 6 months.

A refund of the product value, issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
If the order has already been shipped and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address provided by the company, and only then will the refund be processed.
Variedades na Certa is not obligated to exchange products damaged by misuse or to honor requests made outside the deadlines mentioned above.
We provide product measurements in centimeters to help avoid sizing errors. According to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Article 18), the store is not legally required to offer exchanges due to consumer regret related to color, size, model, or similar reasons. The right guaranteed to the customer by the code is limited to exchanges only in the case of defective products.
Other Occurrences
All occurrences described above, as well as others that may arise, must be reported to Variedades na Certa by phone or via email
Products returned without prior communication, outside the established deadlines, or missing items/accessories may be sent back without notice.
Additionally, in the following situations, the product must be refused at delivery:

Open or damaged packaging;

Damaged product;

Product different from what was ordered;

Missing accessories.
If, however, you still receive the product, please contact our support team at Variedades na Certa within 72 hours of delivery.
