Shipping Policy

Please note that we provide a tracking code for all products ordered with the shipping option with tracking at the time of checkout. If tracking does not work on our website, it should work on the following:

Tracking codes usually take 5 to 10 business days to be forwarded from our suppliers to you, the customer.

We will refund the full amount for purchases that are lost or not delivered within 90 days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time varies depending on the efficiency of the postal service and customs but generally takes 2 to 4 weeks, with a maximum delivery time of up to 5 weeks.

If the delivery time exceeds the estimated period, we recommend contacting Ship24 to determine the cause of the delay. If Ship24 does not have your order, contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. Once we confirm there is a logistical issue with your order, we will issue a full refund immediately after verification.

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to be completed at the address registered in your order. After 3 confirmed delivery attempts, you will need to pick up the order at a local Ship24 office near your address. Storage fees may apply if not collected within 7 calendar days. The fee amount depends on the weight and volume of the product.


Customs Taxation

All products are shipped from abroad and are subject to customs taxes upon receipt. The standard tax rate is 60% of the purchase value. If the amount charged is higher than this, please contact us so we can explain how to file a claim with Ship24.
